Shipment

You can pick up and drop off the package free of charge at Homeborn in Silkeborg. If you choose to purchase additional shipping, it covers the return trip to the parcel shop.

Product care

Leave the feeding vessel in place
room temperature for 24 hours before inflating to avoid cracks in the vinyl.

Cleaning: Vessels and accessories are wiped with a wrung-out, damp cloth. Water hoses are thoroughly flushed with clean water. Let the water pump run thoroughly with clean water and let it dry for 24 hours before packing it up and returning it.
