Terms of service
The following applies to all deliveries from VAEVA Homeborn ApS.
For stock items, your package will be shipped 1-2 business days after your order is placed. If shipping is not possible within that timeframe, we will contact you. For pre-orders, the shipping date defined in the product description applies.
Packages to Denmark are sent with GLS/Bring/DAO to a pick-up point, unless otherwise selected. There is also an option to pick up at the company address. Contact VAEVA Homeborn ApS to arrange a time.
We hope you will love your new product, but if you regret your purchase, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the package. You are allowed to examine the item as you would in a store, but goods must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Used items cannot be returned. If you change your mind about a purchase, please notify us as soon as possible and include proof of purchase upon return. The package must then be sent to VAEVA Homeborn ApS without delay, no later than 14 days after notifying us.

You cover the shipping costs for returning the item, and you are responsible for ensuring that it is returned safely and undamaged. We cannot refund dirty or damaged products, so we recommend that you send the item insured and tracked.
PACKAGE NOT PICKED UP IN PICK-UP POINT
If your package is returned to us because you did not pick it up at the pick-up point, we consider the purchase cancelled. We will refund your payment, minus a handling fee of 60 DKK.
Once we have received the product, we will refund your payment no later than 14 days after receiving the item. Remember to return all items received. If parts of the original purchase are missing, the value of the item in question will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be made to the same card that was used for the purchase. We will refund all payments received from you except shipping costs.
There is a 2-year warranty according to the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty applies to defects in material and/or manufacture.
We carefully check our products, but sometimes an error is overlooked. If you receive a defective item, please notify us immediately and provide as detailed documentation as possible. Complaints must be legitimate and present upon receipt of the item. Depending on the complaint, we can offer to replace, refund, repair or partially refund your purchase.
Errors resulting from incorrect handling or lack of proper care of the product are not covered. Return shipping of defective products will be covered to a reasonable extent by VAEVA Homeborn ApS.
