1 x Extra fine mesh skimmer net to quickly remove any impurities from the water (Disposable - discard after use)

When ordering, a deposit of 500,- is paid to cover any damage to the pool and accessories. The deposit is refunded when the pool is returned to us.

1. When should I order my birthing pool?
It can be stressful to arrange a birthing pool when time is tight. We recommend ordering your birthing pool well in advance to ensure it is available during your desired period.

2. How long is the rental period?
The rental period is 6 weeks, so you have the birthing pool with you for all 5 weeks you can give birth at home, plus 1 week to allow ample time for return.

3. What is included in the rental price?
The rental price includes the birthing pool, storage bag, air pump, 2 water hoses, faucet adapter, water pump for draining, repair kit, instructions, and manuals. If you need help, you can just call - it's also included in the price. 😊

4. Is it necessary to purchase a disposable liner?
Yes, for hygiene reasons, it is mandatory to purchase a disposable liner to ensure a safe and clean birthing experience.

5. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, you need to pay a deposit of 500,- which covers any damages to the pool and accessories. The deposit is refunded once the pool is returned to us.

6. How does delivery and return work?
You can choose to pick up the pool for free in Silkeborg or have it delivered, either to the nearest parcel shop or to your address. Returning is easy - simply scan the QR code on the instructions to book your free return label. The package must be dropped off at the parcel shop. Unfortunately, we do not offer pickup from your location.

7. What if I can't find an available rental period online?
Send us an email at kontakt@homeborn.dk – we will gladly double-check if there might be a pool available after all.

8. What happens if I want to cancel my rental?
The deposit is non-refundable upon cancellation, but the rest of the rental can be refunded with timely cancellation (At least 7 days before the rental starts).

9. How do I set up the birthing pool?
It is easy to inflate the pool with the included air pump and fill it with the water hose. A detailed manual is included in the package.

10. Can I rent additional accessories?
Yes, we offer an accessory package that includes a pool cover, waterproof mat, thermometer, and net, providing an even more convenient experience.

11. What if the pool gets damaged during the rental period?
If damage occurs, the deposit covers any repairs. Contact us if you experience any issues.
