Small thing that made a big difference

These contraction balls? So good! I brought them with me in the birthing pool at home, and they seriously saved me during labor. I squeezed them like crazy, and it helped me SO much to get through without panicking. They took my mind off the pain and gave me a different kind of calm so I could focus on my breathing. They floated around in the water, so I didn’t have to fish for them. I recommend them to everyone who asks. It’s such a small thing, but they made a huge difference for me.

Nice quality balls

The hedgehog balls were a gift for our daughter. I had hoped they would come in a small box or a fabric pouch. But otherwise, very satisfied.
