Organically breastfed with fennel and cumin

Milky Mamma from French Ilado is a beautiful organic herbal tea that has been specially developed to promote breastfeeding. The infusion contains fennel and cumin seeds, which naturally increase milk production.

The tea also contains anise which gives a lovely fresh licorice flavour, hibiscus which is known to strengthen the immune system, nettle which is full of vitamins (A, C, K) and coconut which gives a sweet and soothing note to the tea.

To get the full benefit of all the good properties of this tea, we recommend that it be prepared in the following way:

• Put 1 tablespoon of tea (equivalent to 3 grams) in a pot.
• Pour 2-2½ dl cold water over.
• Bring the water to a boil.
• As soon as the water boils, turn off the heat and cover the pan.
• Let the infusion steep for 10 minutes.
• Strain and pour the finished tea into your favorite cup.
• Take a moment to close your eyes and take a deep breath while enjoying the lovely scent.
• Drink the tea slowly as you visualize the plant's good properties flowing through your body to the places where you need them most.
  

If you are in a hurry, you can prepare your tea a little more classically by pouring boiling water over the herbs and letting the infusion steep for 10 minutes.
